A 2-Hour Deep Dive Into the Space of the Feminine Heart
In this workshop for women, we’ll be speaking to both the challenges and promises that
come with the longing for profound intimacy in relationship with others.
It might seem like the key is simply to meet someone willing to dive deep with us, but, did
you ever wonder… Can we go deeper with someone else than we are willing to go into
ourselves?
By daring to make the step into the intimate space within, we’ll be able to explore some
of the hurdles that may be preventing us from experiencing the depth of connection we
long for with others.
About the Teacher
Marilena Frangi is a tantra teacher in Denmark, UK and further abroad. She values, and invites others to joyfully contemplate upon, the fine nuances and deeper meaning of life’s experiences. Whilst aspiring to offer from her own knowledge and experience thus far, she also aims to view life through the curious eyes of a child, open and playful in her longing for profundity. With a background in the arts, Marilena has a keen eye for beauty and aspires to continuously sculpt her own life into a work of art through the application and ongoing journey of embodying the tantric teachings.

Shaking off the outside world and landing in the here-and-now with a short movement exercise!
2. Introductory Conversation
What does intimacy truly mean to me? A brainstorming and sharing session.
3. Addressing Loneliness
Addressing the “pandemic of loneliness” and its ramifications: the consequences of not doing the work.
4. Keys to Unlock the Gates
Exploring 3 keys to unlock the gates, through practical interactive and introspective exercises, supporting a deeper, personal understanding of the topic.
1. Self-Intimacy
Authenticity, inner honesty and self-acceptance.
2. Intimacy With Others
What masks do we wear that no longer serve us?
3. Opening the Heart
A necessary risk – allowing the first two keys to become a natural consequence of living a heart-based life.
