Couple Goals and Needs
Clarifying your goals as a couple helps you to keep the direction your heart wishes for, and this is an important practice to do on a regular basis.

Sit down together in a quiet place. Take some time to reflect upon some goals you have for your relationship, for the next three months, and for the coming year.
What are three specific needs in your relationship that need attention and action in the next three months? Once these are clear, you can turn them into concrete goals.
What can you do together to fulfil these needs and goals? Write down at least two possible suggestions for each goal.
We suggest that you first take 5-10 minutes reflecting on and answering these questions for yourselves, noting down a few ideas that you can then share with your beloved. When you come together, aim to share your inspirations openly and honestly, in an atmosphere of sweetness, love and friendship. You may discover that each of you also have your own personal goals for the betterment of your togetherness. When making your couple goals, focus to find those that you share and on how you can give them their rightful place in your lives and hearts with a plan of action.
