Why Kama Sutra?
Step into the magical realm of The Kama Sutra, the famous and ancient guide to the art of love and desire, eroticism and couple relationships. More famous than truly known, this book is one of the most recognised in the world.
We’ve made these fundamental teachings available and accessible for those who dare to actively and consciously pursue pleasure, who want to dive into a world where they can discover the most extraordinary secrets of refined sensuality, intense pleasure, soulful intimacy and, most of all, a joyful life.
Lineage
Ancient wisdom for a blissful present
The most common misconception is that the Kama Sutra is only about sex and kinky positions. However, originally it was a huge body of esoteric knowledge that in time was reduced to the simplified version commonly available today. It is a manual for living life fully, teaching how to harness the power of desires in order to upgrade ALL life experiences and enjoy intimacy to its maximum.
It addresses our fundamental needs as much today as it did thousands of years ago when it was written. Revealing ways of creating & cultivating intimacy and growth, personally and within the relationship, the Kama Sutra teachings can help those who are open to actively discover more about themselves and their partner.
Organic Unfolding
The ‘Love Story’
In 2014, the lead teacher of Kama Experiential, Advaitananda Stoian, visited Hedonism II as a guest Tantra teacher, inspired by the unique nature of the resort and its guests: people that were already able to step beyond social taboos in their approach to relationships and eroticism.
This initial meeting of two different, yet complementary, worlds was a wonderful and well-received experience for all involved. Members of our team were then invited to teach Tantra workshops and Yoga classes on a regular basis. In time, a full collaboration blossomed and the Kama team became an integral part of the resort.
The Kama Sutra Palace was launched in 2019, a joint venture that opened the Hedonism II experience to a new, exciting and rapidly growing audience; those who look for deeper and practical ways to enjoy life, to experience real fulfilment in their relationships, and to give more meaning to life’s many pleasures.

Expert Instructors
Our team is mostly based in Europe, and all our teachers are also students and practitioners of the Tantra Yoga system for a minimum of 5 years, up to and over 20 years. Tantra Yoga is the set of teachings on which the Kama Sutra is based, and the aspiration to share this knowledge comes from our personal life-changing experiences in life, love and eroticism.
As these teachings cannot be found online or truly taught without a direct experience, we treasure the opportunity to share this knowledge in Hedonism II where guests can practice what they learn “hands-on”.
The founder and lead teacher of this project is Advaitananda Stoian who, along with his wife Adina, offers from their 30+ years of Tantric experience.
