for the Deep Intimacy Women’s Workshop
These general terms and conditions apply to an agreement you make with the Institute for Quantum Transformation ApS, registered in Denmark, Nordre Fasanvej 230, 2200 Copenhagen, CVR: 38476432 (further referred to as “the Institute”, or “us”) regarding participation to the Deep Intimacy Women’s Workshop, taking place in Serenity Events Space, Manhattan, New York (further referred to as “the Venue”).
Please read this document carefully before signing up to participate in the Deep Intimacy Women’s Workshop.
Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements made with clients or (potential) participants, further referred to as “the Client”, with regard to the Deep Intimacy Women’s Workshop, further referred to as “the Workshop”.
The provisions of the terms and conditions come into effect once the Client signs up to the Workshop, by taking any action towards attending the Workshop, including the application to participate, making the payment or attending the Workshop.
Terms of Service
The Workshop consists of a specially tailored programme of lectures, exercises and activities on the subject of Intimacy, personal transformation and related topics, conducted by specialised teachers and supporting team.
While our team is dedicated to offer caring assistance to the Client, all matters related to the Client’s travel to the Workshop, access to the Venue’s amenities and services that are not directly connected to the activities of the Workshop fall within the responsibility of each participant.
Payment
Payment for the Workshop must be made in full via one of the options made available on the Workshop checkout page. Access to the Workshop will be granted based on confirmation of payment (eg. proof of payment in case a bank transfer has been made, and where funds are yet to reach the Institute’s bank account).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Institute: In the unlikely circumstances that the Institute would need to cancel, postpone or reschedule the provision of the agreed services, we will aim to give the Client as much notice as possible about these changes.
Should the event need to be rescheduled, any fees paid directly to the Institute, related to the direct provision of the agreed service will be reimbursed on request. The Institute cannot, however, be held responsible for fees paid to 3rd parties or costs incurred by the client, such as travel costs, etc.
Cancellation by the Client: If the client wishes to cancel their participation:
- A full refund may be issued for cancellations made up to 24 hours after the booking was made.
- A 50% refund may be issued if cancellation takes place up to 48 hours prior to the day that the Workshop takes place.
- No refund shall be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the day of the Workshop.
Refunds of the Workshop fee will be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of cancellation notification, made to us in writing, by email, to the following address: info@kama-sutra-palace.com
Refunds can only be issued to the same source (card/bank account) from which the original payment was made. Please note that in some cases refunds issued via bank transfer may take up to 14 days to reach your account from the moment we process the refund.
Audio / Video Recordings and Photography
In order to be able to offer participants to the Workshop a private and intimate atmosphere, it will not be permitted for participants to make any audio/video recordings or take photographs during the Workshop activities, without prior consent from all who’s voice or image may appear in such recordings or photographs.
Audio and video recordings of the teacher/s only may be made by the Institute for internal training purposes and promotion. If the Client wishes, any recording of their voice can be removed from these recordings. We ask that such requests are made in writing to the Institute and sent to the same email address mentioned above.
The organisers will be taking pictures and filming parts of the program for promotional and educational/internal training purposes. The photo and/or video will only be used to represent the event and the person will not be publicly named or represented in any compromising manner. The Client is made aware that they have the possibility to opt out by notifying the teacher or team before the event starts (but not after the event has started), on the condition of taking full responsibility to take a place in the back of the hall during all workshops/lectures in order to not appear in the photos.
Any images, video, audio recording or testimonies containing the Client’s likeness shall be held in accordance with the Danish GDPR guidelines (General Data Protection Regulation), and will not be handed by The Institue to any third party without the Client’s explicit written consent.
