Eye Gazing

Through this guided audio exercise we invite you to take the opportunity to go deep with your sweetheart through the simple, yet profound, practice of looking into each other’s eyes.

 

Engage in truly seeing one another, authentically, deeply and heartfully. Move beyond what you think you know.

Sit in front of each other, either on two chairs or in a meditative posture, ideally close enough so that your knees are touching the knees of the other. Maintain a straight spine and hold hands. Gaze directly into each other’s eyes, and be fully present in a place of loving togetherness, a space free from judgment and expectations. Allow your eyes to lead you into deeper connectedness, exchanging mutual adoration and intimate togetherness. When you feel ready, start the audio guidance.
